Check academics before focusing on the supplement

List a few experiences you can explain accurately: a work responsibility, a team disagreement, a project you changed after feedback or a commitment you sustained over time. For each one, note your role, the action you took, the result and what you learned.
A specific account of an ordinary responsibility is more informative than a string of claims such as “I am a passionate leader.” Keep group achievements separate from your own contribution. If a result was disappointing, reflect on it honestly rather than manufacturing a success.
Practice for clarity
- Read a practice question and identify what it asks before answering.
- Choose one relevant example and explain the context briefly.
- Describe your actions and reasoning in plain language.
- Finish with what you learned or how you would approach the situation now.
- Review whether you answered the question and stayed within the applicable limit.
For recorded components, test the camera, microphone and connection, and use the official practice tools. Follow the assessed application’s rules on notes, assistance and technology. Keep the final responses your own.
Prepare at the stage you are in
In earlier high-school years, explore subjects and responsibilities that interest you and build sustainable study habits. In Grade 11, check future prerequisites and begin recording experiences while details are fresh. In Grade 12, focus on the current checklist, deadlines and accurate submissions. This is a planning approach, not a required activity formula.
