- Smart backup plans, so doors stay open
We help students in Grades 8 to 12 get into their top universities, with tailored 1-on-1 support across academics, application strategy, career direction and scholarships. One team, one plan, built around your child.
Trusted by 20,000+ families. Places are limited each cohort.
Most families face it with good intentions and almost no map. The advice is scattered and contradictory, pieced together from school, the internet, and well-meaning friends. The deadlines are immovable and the stakes feel enormous, because they are.
The school your child attends shapes who they meet, how they think, and the life they grow into. That is the part most people miss. This was never only about getting in.
So we do not hand your child a single service. We bring tutoring, strategy, coaching, accountability and the application itself under one plan, built around them, and we walk it beside you to the offer letter and everything after.
Before anything else, we weigh four things: your child's goals, their profile, their grades, and the time they have. If a goal is a stretch for where they are today, we will tell you, and we build smart backup plans so doors stay open.
First, we understand your child.
A thorough 1-on-1 discovery session and interest survey to map their strengths, grades, and goals, so we can point them toward the programs and careers that genuinely fit.
Then, a clear roadmap.
Your advisor builds the plan: courses, activities, career options, deadlines, and target programs, sequenced in the order that actually works rather than all at once.
So the plan actually happens.
Regular 1-on-1 sessions, clear action items, and a centralised task manager. After every call you get an email summary, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We sit beside them through it.
Not just tips. We brainstorm essays, revise drafts, prepare for interviews, and review every application before it is submitted. We coach and edit. We never write essays for students.
And nobody does it alone.
Students get support 7 days a week. Parents stay in the loop with a recap after every session and a dedicated platform to follow progress, close enough to see it, never in the way.
Whether your child is just exploring their interests or already refining applications, every plan is built around them, and tailored to the support they actually need. Here is what that includes.
We coach and edit. We never write essays for students.
Because the support is tailored to their grade, goals and where they are starting from, we share the options that fit rather than a fixed menu. Tell us about your child and we will walk you through it.
Most advice is opinion. Ours is evidence. Eight years and thousands of applications have taught us what actually works, program by program. We do not hand your child generic best practice. We build a strategy on what has genuinely opened doors, then make it personal.

We weigh your child's goals, profile, grades and time. If a goal is a stretch, we say so, and we build smart backups.
Your child works mainly with one advisor, with specialists on call for ambitious, multi-track goals.
Guidance, structure and line-by-line edits, never ghost-written essays. The work, and the offer, stay theirs.
Our students do not simply get in. They get into the programs that genuinely fit them, with real options open and a clear plan for what comes next.
I had never written a supplemental essay, never practiced a video interview, and never believed someone with my last name and my postal code could say yes to Rotman, Smith, Ivey and Alberta all at once.
We work with ambitious students across high school, as early as Grade 9 and right through Grade 11, the year that matters most for a competitive application. Earlier means more options. Grade 11 means it is time to be deliberate.
Share a few details about your child and their goals. It takes a few minutes and there is no cost to apply.
Our team reviews your application and gets back to you within two to seven days.
A brief conversation to make sure the program is right for your child, and your child is right for it.
Students from as early as Grade 9 through to Grade 12. Grade 11 is the most important year for a competitive application, so if your child is there now, it is the right time to be deliberate.
We work as a team. Your child works primarily with one advisor, and because each advisor, tutor and coach has different specialties, ambitious goals are supported by more than one specialist.
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes, chosen at booking based on what your child needs. Tutoring sessions are always 60 minutes.
Advising is strategy, review and walkthrough of the admissions process. Tutoring is subject-specific work to lift grades. Coaching builds skills and the wider profile. Most students draw on a blend.
Yes. Our first goal is to make the investment cost-neutral. Our second is to help your child graduate debt-free, by navigating financial aid at the federal, provincial, school and community levels.
No. That would be unethical. We provide coaching, guidance, suggestions and line-by-line edits. The writing, and the offer, stay your child's own.
Parents and students receive an email recap after every session, and there is a parent and guardian platform for progress visibility. For quick questions, email support@admissionprep.com and we respond within one business day.
Three ways: we set tasks with deadlines each session, send a summary after every session, and always book the next one. If a student cancels or no-shows, we follow up to reschedule.
Every plan is tailored to the student, so pricing depends on their grade, goals and the support they need. We walk you through the options clearly, or you can see the Pricing and Tuition page in our navigation.
