We work with ambitious students across high school, as early as Grade 9 and right through Grade 11, the year that matters most for a competitive application. Earlier means more options. Grade 11 means it is time to be deliberate.

Questions
The questions serious families ask first.
Which grades do you work with?
Students from as early as Grade 9 through to Grade 12. Grade 11 is the most important year for a competitive application, so if your child is there now, it is the right time to be deliberate.
Do you have dedicated advisors?
We work as a team. Your child works primarily with one advisor, and because each advisor, tutor and coach has different specialties, ambitious goals are supported by more than one specialist.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes, chosen at booking based on what your child needs. Tutoring sessions are always 60 minutes.
What is the difference between advising, tutoring and coaching?
Advising is strategy, review and walkthrough of the admissions process. Tutoring is subject-specific work to lift grades. Coaching builds skills and the wider profile. Most students draw on a blend.
Do you support scholarships, grants and bursaries?
Yes. Our first goal is to make the investment cost-neutral. Our second is to help your child graduate debt-free, by navigating financial aid at the federal, provincial, school and community levels.
Do you write essays for students?
No. That would be unethical. We provide coaching, guidance, suggestions and line-by-line edits. The writing, and the offer, stay your child's own.
How do you communicate with parents?
Parents and students receive an email recap after every session, and there is a parent and guardian platform for progress visibility. For quick questions, email support@admissionprep.com and we respond within one business day.
How do you keep students accountable?
Three ways: we set tasks with deadlines each session, send a summary after every session, and always book the next one. If a student cancels or no-shows, we follow up to reschedule.
