As an Account Executive, you will interview students and families to discuss their educational journey and enroll them in our programs.
The details
- A contracted and flexible Account Executive role that pays hourly plus commission. It is a great fit for those with family responsibilities who would like income on top of a full-time job, or who are starting their own business.
- Location: remote, or in the office if you would like to be.
- Job type: part-time or full-time.
- Work hours: 4pm to 8pm PST on weekdays, or anytime between 6am and 6pm on weekends. If you work part-time, you work the hours that work for you.
- Compensation: total compensation equivalent to $40 to $60 per hour including commission.
Responsibilities
- Learn our product offerings so you can support families in choosing the product most suited to their needs
- Book 3 to 4 calls per day with interested students and families, then take those consultations to enroll them in our programs
- Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships with students and their families
- Support students in navigating challenges with planning their post-secondary education
- Manage inbound student leads by phoning families daily to book them for a consultation
- Work closely with the team to keep our CRM maintained and optimized
- Use internal tools to track activity and outcomes
Qualifications
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students
- Experience in customer-facing roles, either in sales or customer service
- Driven, self-motivated, with a fantastic work ethic
- Results-oriented: you will run through a wall to get things done
- Highly organized and love using technology to get things done quickly
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A background in education, whether a degree or self-taught
