AdmissionPrep is a high-performance education consulting company helping students take control of their post-secondary journey. As part of our full suite of services, we offer comprehensive psychological assessments to help students better understand their learning profiles and receive appropriate academic accommodations. We are expanding this service and seeking a skilled Registered Psychologist to support our students and families.

Compensation and flexibility

  • Contract-based role with a pay rate of $50 per hour.
  • Fully remote. Assessments are conducted online where appropriate; in person is optional depending on your practice.
  • Ideal for psychologists seeking additional income, a flexible schedule, or opportunities to work with motivated families and high-achieving students.
  • You must be a Registered Psychologist in your province of practice in Canada and authorized to conduct psychoeducational and ADHD assessments.

The role

You will deliver high-quality psychological assessments for students across Canada seeking clarity on their learning needs. This includes:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive, academic, and achievement testing
  • Conduct ADHD assessments (clinical interview, behavioral checklists, rating scales, and differential diagnosis)
  • Provide comprehensive reports outlining findings, learning profiles, and evidence-based recommendations
  • Deliver feedback sessions to students and parents, ensuring results are understood and actionable
  • When appropriate, advise families on accommodation requests, IEP implications, or disability services documentation
  • Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure aligned support for each student
  • Maintain clear, confidential, compliant records following relevant provincial regulatory guidelines

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with their provincial regulatory body
  • Has experience conducting psychoeducational, learning disability, and ADHD assessments
  • Has strong diagnostic skills and a clear, compassionate communication style
  • Is comfortable working with adolescents, young adults, and high-achieving students
  • Writes clear, actionable reports that families and schools can easily understand
  • Is reliable, organized, and able to meet agreed-upon timelines
