AdmissionPrep Student Sales Internship
AdmissionPrep's year-round Student Sales Internship gives you real sales experience, hands-on coaching, hourly pay plus commission, and a track record you can use to grow with us or pursue your next sales role.
You are hired by AdmissionPrep, paid hourly plus commission and trusted with real work. You will speak with students and families, manage follow-up, learn our services and help people decide whether AdmissionPrep is right for them.
The goal is simple: give ambitious university students the coaching, practice and responsibility that are hard to get before someone gives them their first opportunity.
What you will actually do
Speak with students and families who are already exploring AdmissionPrep. Learn how to understand their goals, qualify fit and guide the conversation toward a clear next step.
Build confidence across lead follow-up, consultation booking, discovery, recommendation, enrollment, CRM updates and performance tracking.
Receive hands-on feedback, practise the parts that feel uncomfortable and learn how strong salespeople prepare, listen, follow up and improve.
A homegrown sales path
AdmissionPrep hires many university students as Market Response Representatives. Some students join directly as Junior Account Executives when their experience is a stronger fit.
Our highest-performing Market Response Representatives can earn promotion to Account Executive because we want to promote homegrown sales talent.
Not everyone stays, and that is completely fine. For many students, this is a strong introduction to sales and the real experience they need to move into their next role.

Questions students ask
Yes. Students are hired by AdmissionPrep and receive hourly pay plus commission. The current Junior Account Executive posting lists compensation of $18.25 per hour plus commission.
You do not need a previous sales title. Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, campus leadership and other people-facing experience can help show that you communicate well, follow through and respond to coaching.
Yes. The program is designed for university students who want part-time work during school or a full-time internship or co-op experience. It runs throughout the year rather than as one fixed cohort.
Yes. The role can be completed remotely from Canada. Students near Vancouver may also choose to work from the AdmissionPrep office.
Yes. AdmissionPrep hires many university students as Market Response Representatives, while some join directly as Junior Account Executives. Our highest-performing Market Response Representatives can earn promotion to Account Executive as performance and opportunities allow. We want to promote homegrown sales talent, but students can also use the experience to pursue their next role elsewhere.
